Our two week board and train program is our most popular option for private one-on-one dog training. Most of our clients will choose this option while they are on summer vacation or an extended business trip as it gives their pet an opportunity to learn while they are away.
If you choose this option, you pet will be paired with a trainer for the two week stays. Our trainers are compassionate and are versed in many different positive reinforcement training techniques. When you drop off your pet, you will consult with the trainer on the commands and behaviors you would like to work on. Your trainer will work with your pet several times a day for 14 days. At the end of the program, your trainer will meet with you and go thru the commands with you.
Your dog will learn basic manners and commands such as:
- Initial Consultation
- Sit
- Stay
- Down
- Come
- Heal
- Leave-it
- Off
- Working with your dog under increasing distractions
- Emphasis on Stay, Here and Remote Sit
- Loose leash walking and off leash work
- Exit Consultations
